UCH GUARD Privacy Notice
Effective date: 26 September 2026
This notice applies to the invite-only UCH GUARD free trial. UCH GUARD is operated by UCH Security Nation E91 LLC. The trial is intended for invited U.S. adults aged 18 or older.
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, children’s information, student records, medical information, secret keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Information we collect
UCH GUARD may collect:
- account information used for sign-in through Clerk
- organization details you supply
- completed assessment answers, your Guard Score, related guidance, and the completion time
- messages or files you choose to submit for review
- Security Issues and relevant activity history
- connection information only if you choose to connect Microsoft
Unfinished assessment answers are not saved.
How we use information
UCH GUARD uses this information to:
- provide your signed-in workspace
- calculate and display assessment results
- review content you submit
- generate reports and policies you request
- show history, Security Issues, and recommended next steps
- operate a Microsoft connection you start
- protect the service from misuse
UCH GUARD does not guarantee that an organization, message, link, or caller is safe.
Storage and retention
Unfinished assessments are not saved. Completed assessments and organization details remain associated with your workspace.
Message reviews, Security Issues, and minimized connection observations are kept for up to 30 days. You may delete a saved message review sooner.
Raw uploaded email or photo content is not kept after processing. A submitted Link-check URL is not opened or visited and is not saved as a review.
If you download a report or policy, that copy remains on your device.
Cookies and service providers
UCH GUARD uses essential cookies and limited browser storage to keep you signed in and provide the service.
We use service providers for authentication, application hosting, data storage, and optional customer-started connections. These providers may process information as needed to deliver those services.
UCH GUARD does not use customer information for targeted advertising.
Your choices and contact
You can update organization details, complete a new assessment, delete a saved message review, mark a Security Issue as handled, and disconnect Microsoft if you connected it.
UCH GUARD does not currently provide a complete workspace export or its own self-service workspace deletion feature.
